Although all eyes are currently on the nike air max in anticipation of Air Max Day, Nike gives another one of their famed innovations some love as they upgrade the Free for Spring 2015. In total, the Free 3.0, nike air max 90 essential and Free 5.0 are given redesigned uppers engineered to work in tandem with the shoe’s natural flexibility.The former features the Swoosh’s most natural ride with a snug Flyknit upper and 4-millimeter heel-to-toe offset. 
The 4.o, meanwhile, makes use of a cushioned, natural ride with a contoured Flyknit upper and 6-millimeter offset. Finally, the nike air max 90 is Nike’s most cushioned, natural ride with an engineered upper and 8-millimeter offset.
