Last Friday, nike officially unveiled this year's Doernbecher Freestyle collection. The lineup, which marks the 11th anniversary of the collaboration, features six completely unique sneakers designed by patients of the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, including the air jordan   and new balance 574 Penny 1.

The  , designed by 10-year-old Caden Lampert, represent his fiery passion for the game of basketball. The retros feature a mostly blue upper new balance 574 femme detailing throughout the straps and ankle collar. There's also imagery and design elements that reflect Lampert's life, including a boomboox, his #14 jersey number, and the names of his brothers, Blake and Ryland.

The Penny 1 comes from 8-year-old Alejandro  . As a huge San Francisco 49ers fan,   sneaker reflects his love for new balance 574 homme. The Pennys are completely covered in a 3M reflective upper with tonal graphics of some of his personal drawings. The 49ers team colors make up the subtle accents and there's even a 49ers logo on the medial side.
